Challenge
Sensor warm-up creates data gaps
Agnotic approach
Session-aware reconciliation that models warm-up and sensor changes as expected gaps, not errors.
We connect diabetes and RPM platforms to Abbott FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose data through the LibreView and LibreLinkUp surfaces. Real CGM integration — consented glucose streams mapped into your clinical data model, not just a demo connector.
Trusted by global innovators

Abbott's FreeStyle Libre ecosystem exposes glucose data through LibreView — Abbott's cloud reporting platform — and the LibreLinkUp connection model that lets consented parties follow a patient's readings. Access is gated behind an authenticated API and a partner/consent flow; the data includes glucose values, scan/sensor events, and the ambulatory glucose profile that clinicians rely on. It is a different surface from Dexcom's, with its own connection semantics.
As with any CGM, the value is in the pipeline, not the first call: reconciling sensor sessions across warm-up gaps, normalizing units, handling consent and revocation through the LibreLinkUp model, and mapping glucose into FHIR Observations that downstream analytics and EHRs can trust. We build that pipeline so Libre data lands accurate, consented, and clinically usable.
See how we turn LibreView glucose data into clean, consented, FHIR-ready observations.

Partner onboarding stalls launch
Agnotic approach
We sequence Abbott onboarding into the plan so it doesn't block engineering.
We build against Abbott's sanctioned LibreView and LibreLinkUp surfaces.
Glucose values, sensor sessions, and reporting data via the LibreView cloud API, with partner onboarding handled end to end.
The LibreLinkUp follow/consent model wired for patient-authorized access, connection status, and revocation handling.
Handling warm-up gaps, sensor changes, and overlapping sessions so glucose history stays continuous and correct.
Glucose mapped to FHIR R4 Observation with LOINC codes, UCUM units, and device provenance for EHR and analytics.
Time-in-range, GMI, and AGP-style metrics computed on clean data for clinician review.
Where it runs
Patient-facing apps showing Libre trends and time-in-range.
Libre data feeding remote monitoring and billing workflows.
Ambulatory glucose profiles for endocrinology and primary care.
Coaching that responds to Libre glucose patterns.
Consented glucose exports for trials and RWE.
Cohort-level glycemic reporting across a panel.
Continuous, de-duplicated, correctly typed glucose is the only kind worth showing a clinician.

Standards we build against
A phased approach treating LibreView onboarding, consent, and session reconciliation as parallel tracks.
We map the LibreView and LibreLinkUp surfaces to your needs and design the consent and data model.
Partner onboarding, credential setup, and validation against test data before production.
Sync engine, sensor-session reconciliation, unit normalization, and the glucose-to-FHIR mapping.
Production go-live with sync-health dashboards, consent-status alerts, and gap detection.
Access surface
Abbott offers more than one path to Libre data.
| Surface | Method | Typical use | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| LibreView API | Cloud reporting API | Reports, analytics | Partner onboarding required; rich AGP data. |
| LibreLinkUp | Follow/consent model | Care-team sharing | Patient authorizes followers; good for RPM. |
| Direct NFC/BLE | Native mobile SDK path | Own-hardware apps | Higher effort; usually the cloud API is right. |
Most platforms use LibreView plus LibreLinkUp consent; direct sensor access is rarely necessary.
Related proof of compliant, integration-heavy delivery: our privacy-first data-layer work for Lera Health reflects the same consent-first discipline we bring to CGM pipelines like FreeStyle Libre.

We treat FreeStyle Libre integration as a clinical data-engineering problem.
Consent through LibreLinkUp, audit trails, and HIPAA-ready pipelines from sprint one.
We understand AGP, time-in-range, and sensor-session behavior — no ramp-up required.
Structured Abbott onboarding so glucose flows in weeks, not a lost quarter.
One accountable team owning the Libre pipeline end to end.
