Challenge
Query returns overlapping, conflicting documents
Agnotic approach
A reconciliation layer that deduplicates and merges entries into one coherent longitudinal record.
We integrate Particle Health's clinical data network to retrieve patient records nationwide — its query and retrieval APIs over national exchange frameworks, delivered as clean FHIR into your product.
Trusted by global innovators

Particle Health operates a clinical data network that gives applications a modern API over the national exchange frameworks — querying for a patient, retrieving their medical records from connected providers, and returning them as structured FHIR. It abstracts the underlying document exchange so developers work with clean resources instead of raw C-CDA and network plumbing.
The hard part sits around the query: patient demographics matching, purpose-of-use, consent, and reconciling the overlapping documents that come back from multiple sources. We build the retrieval-and-reconciliation layer on Particle's APIs so your product presents a single coherent record, and we handle the network's onboarding and permitted-use requirements as part of delivery.

Common failure modes
Challenge
Query returns overlapping, conflicting documents
Agnotic approach
A reconciliation layer that deduplicates and merges entries into one coherent longitudinal record.
Challenge
Weak matching misses or mixes patients
Agnotic approach
Careful demographic matching with confidence thresholds and a review path for ambiguity.
Challenge
Permitted-use requirements are misunderstood
Agnotic approach
We build purpose-of-use and consent enforcement into the query flow with full audit trails.
Challenge
Onboarding to the network delays launch
Agnotic approach
We manage Particle Health onboarding and permitted-use approval as a planned parallel track.
The exact network surface behind nationwide clinical record retrieval.
Query and retrieval across national exchange frameworks through Particle Health's connected data network.
Structured FHIR R4 records returned from queries, normalized for direct use in your application.
Demographic patient matching, purpose-of-use, and consent handling required to query the network.
Deduplicate and reconcile overlapping documents from multiple sources into one coherent record.
Where it runs
Retrieve a patient's history at onboarding or registration.
Give clinicians a longitudinal view across prior providers.
Retrieve records to support risk adjustment and quality measures.
Seed a new app with the patient's existing clinical history.
Pull supporting clinical documentation for authorization workflows.
Network query returns overlapping documents. The value is in matching and reconciliation, which is where we focus.
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
Protect PHI with privacy-first architecture, encrypted storage and transmission, strict access controls, and traceable audit logs.

Standards we build against
Onboarding, patient matching, and reconciliation treated as the real work.
We define your retrieval use cases, permitted purpose-of-use, and which record types you need.
We complete Particle Health onboarding, credentials, and the network's permitted-use requirements.
We build query, retrieval, and reconciliation, validated against sandbox and representative records.
Production rollout with query monitoring, match-quality tracking, and consent audit trails.
Lera Health is related proof of compliant, data-heavy delivery — a privacy-first platform built end to end. Clinical-network retrieval draws on the same strengths: careful consent handling, structured records, and reconciliation under HIPAA.

Real nationwide retrieval, not just API access.
Permitted purpose-of-use, consent, and audit trails built to the network's requirements.
We understand the national exchange frameworks Particle sits on and how its APIs abstract them.
We turn raw query results into a clean longitudinal record your product can present.
Careful matching and reconciliation, because duplicate and mismatched records are clinical risk.
Tell us your retrieval use cases and record types. We will return a realistic onboarding and reconciliation plan.
